I love to create and reuse things, so I tried making party poppers with toilet paper roll and if you were one of those people who bought all the toilet paper from the stores during the pandemic you will have a lot, No need to buy party poppers this year, you make our own and they turned out great!
All you need are a few materials to make this eco friendly craft, all of which you probably have at home. Here’s how to make DIY party poppers:
Materials Needed:
Toilet paper rolls
Tissue paper
Colorful confetti
Small candies
Washi tape
Ribbon
Scissors
Glue
Steps:
Take a toilet paper roll and roll it up into a piece of tissue paper until the whole thing is completely covered. (17inches x 27 inches and make sure to leave 8 inches of paper both ends)
Decor it with washi tape.
Twist one of the ends like a piece of candy and tie with ribbon. Make sure it’s completely sealed!
On the other end that’s still open, add a couple of pieces of small candies and confetti.
Twist and tie off the other end, like you did the first one, making sure it is completely sealed. Now, you can trim the ends to your desired length and decorate the popper. That’s it!
