Este año vamos a celebar la Dominicanidad con el Carnaval.El carnaval dominicano no solo se baila: se vive con color, manos llenas de arte, movimiento y mucha imaginación.

Esta mesa nació con esa idea: un espacio para compartir comida, risas y, al mismo tiempo, crear. Usando mucho color, combinando platos, colores, texturas y flores. Hice los servilleteros con aros tejidos por artesanos dominicanos y minicaretas de diablos cojuelos.



Entre platos y conversaciones, la mesa se transforma en taller:
antifaces llenos de lentejuelas, sombreros improvisados, accesorios para el pelo y pequeños detalles hechos a mano inspirados en nuestros personajes carnavalescos.

Porque celebrar también puede ser: hacer, tocar, cortar, pegar y jugar y esdtar presentes. Una mesa que no se queda quieta, que invita a participar y a llevarse un pedacito del carnaval puesto. Comer, crear y celebrar.

Eat, create and celebrate


This year will be celebrating with a table inspired in the Dominican Canival. Dominican carnival isn’t just something you watch — it’s something you live, full of color, movement and imagination.

This table was created with that spirit in mind: a place to eat, laugh and make things together.Using lots of color, mixing plates, hues, textures, and flowers. I made the napkin rings with woven hoops crafted by Dominican artisans, paired with mini Diablos Cojuelos masks.

Between bites and conversations, the table turns into a creative station:handmade masks, playful hats, hair accessories and small DIY pieces inspired by carnival characters.

Because celebrating can also mean creating with your hands, getting messy, playful and be present. A table that invites you to participate — and to leave wearing a piece of the carnival.
